Outer Performance requirements:
Cracks: not allowed to exist.
Burst: The length or width must not exceed the glass thickness.
Scratch: shall not affect the usage.
Degumming: not allowed to exist.

Remark: 1, Accept defect size less than 0.5mm, don’t allow defect size more than 3mm. 2, When one of the following situations occurs, it means as densely existing: a) For two layers of glass, there are 4 or more defects, and the distance between each other is less than 200mm; b) For three layers of glass, there are 4 or more defects, and the distance between each other is less than 180mm; c) For four layers of glass, there are 4 or more defects, and the distance between each other is less than 150mm; d) For more than five layers of glass, there are 4 or more defects, and the distance between each other is less than 100mm. |
